Return and Exchange Conditions

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Medical products requiring special storage, such as (medications, injections, insulin).

Opened personal care items, such as deodorants, opened creams, shampoos, sanitary products, etc.

Items sold under special offers clearly marked as non-returnable.

Return or Exchange Process

Provide the reason for return or exchange and attach a photo of the product if necessary.

The request will be reviewed within 48 hours, and you will be contacted to confirm the next steps.

If approved, the product will be collected from the customer and the return or exchange process will be completed.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 1–3 business days after receiving the returned item.

The customer is responsible for delivery charges in case of product exchange.
