Return and Exchange Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition (unopened, unused, and undamaged).

  • It must be sealed in its original packaging, which must be intact and unopened.

  • A purchase invoice or proof of transaction must be provided.

  • The return or exchange request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Medical products requiring special storage, such as (medications, injections, insulin).

  • Opened personal care items, such as deodorants, opened creams, shampoos, sanitary products, etc.

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Items sold under special offers clearly marked as non-returnable.

  • Products that have expired while in the customer's possession.

Return or Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via customer service or through our website.

  2. Provide the reason for return or exchange and attach a photo of the product if necessary.

  3. The request will be reviewed within 48 hours, and you will be contacted to confirm the next steps.

  4. If approved, the product will be collected from the customer and the return or exchange process will be completed.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 1–3 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • The customer is responsible for delivery charges in case of product exchange.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
